An investigation in Grande Prairie has led to the arrest of 22-year-old Aaron Bertrand.
Last Thursday, on March 30, RCMP, the Crime Reduction Unit and the General Investigation Section executed a search warrant at a Swan City home and found a large quantity of drugs.
There was 132 grams of cocaine, cannabis marihuana and $2,420 cash recovered.
He faces a string of charges that include possession of a controlled substance, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, five counts of failure to comply with recognizance and possession of proceeds of crime less than $5,000.
Bertrand will appear in court April 10, 2017.
He remains in custody.
