A drug bust at the end of May has led to charges for two Fairview residents.
Bryan Laboucan and Rhonda Brent were stopped in Grimshaw on May 31, 2017 by the Peace River Integrated Traffic Unit.
Nearly 34 grams of meth was discovered in 12 separate packages, along 1.8 grams of marijuana, 0.7 grams of morphine, 25 ml of morphine, three oxycodone pills, three knives and $1,310 cash.
The duo face charges of possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis marihuana, possession of cocaine and possession of oxycodone.
A trial date has been set for October 24, 2017 in Peace River.
