Ticket sales are not where Cash and Camping Lottery organizers would like.
Swan City Lottery Manager Jessie Urness says they are worried slow ticket sales will mean less money for local charities.
“We are not seeing quite the response that we would like to see in order to pay out all of our non-profit groups for all of the work that they have done over the last three months.”
She says the sales are down from past years.
“We are still definitely feeling the effects of the down economy. A few more people are back at work and we’ve had a little bit of support this year but we are just not where sales need to be.”
You have until 9 p.m. Monday to buy tickets.
