Manning’s Les Rever (pictured) won the Western Chuckwagon Association aggregate at Race the 8 in Rycroft. Dean Dreger, Lane Kimble and Todd McCracken rounded out the top four.
Dreger was also given a $500 safety award that recognizes what organizers call safety in horsemanship and wagon racing, both on and off the track.
Tyler Robinson won the chariots aggregate.
The Western chucks start racing at the Teepee Creek Stampede Thursday.
Chanse Vigen is still in the lead in the Rangeland Derby at the Calgary Stampede. He recorded the second-fastest time of the day Sunday to maintain his lead.
Chad Harden was the quickest around the track Sunday to move to second overall.
Colt Cosgrave is third in the aggregate, Kurt Bensmiller fourth and Kirk Sutherland fifth.
