Albertans will continue to change their clocks twice a year. The province’s legislature has officially voted to scrap a bill proposing the province ditch daylight saving time. The bill was introduced in the spring which would have had Alberta on the same time as Saskatchewan year-round if passed.
Last month, an all-party committee said the change would impact the Alberta economy in a negative way.
The motion to scrap the bill passed 46 to 6.
