A double-murder on Whitefish Lake First Nation has led to a life sentence for the man who admitted to the killings.
Edward Devin Boyce Gladue will not be eligible for parole for 13 years.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of murder in the July 2016 deaths of Cory Grey and Dylan Laboucan.
Both were reported missing July 23, 2016. Their bodies were found in separate, rural locations a few days later.
Gladue was arrested in mid-August of 2016.
His sentence was given out in Peace River court Monday.
