Police Investigating 5th Robbery This Month

Grande Prairie RCMP are investigating another robbery, the fifth one since April 1st. It happened Sunday around 3 o'clock in the morning at the 68th Ave and Pinnacle Street convenience store. This is the second time this store has been robbed in the last month. Mounties say the male entered, brandished a weapon and demanded money and cigarettes. The cashier complied and the suspect fled the store to the west. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Police are trying to see if he's connected to the previous incidents.
He's described as:
-5'9'' in height
- wearing a hoodie with horizontal stripes (alternating black/grey)
- at the bottom of the hoodie is a cuff of light blue
- grey track pants with two black stripes down the leg
- black shoes; black gloves
- bandanna on face (print)
