Figuratively speaking, Canada is down to its last cent. The Royal Canadian Mint in Winnipeg has struck the country's final penny. It rolled off the assembly line this morning when Finance Minister Jim Flaherty started a machine that spit out the last batch of coppers for circulation in Canada.
