GPRC will have a lot on the go this summer. Besides prepping for the next school year, college officials are discussing what to do with the space where Anderson Hall, the old residence building, once stood.

President Don Gnatiuk says they've brought in some expertise.

"We've brought in a consultant to help us and we're going to try to establish what is right for the college, students and residents in maintaining that greenspace," he says. "It's unknown what the long term will bring, but in the short term, it needs to be a space for all of us to enjoy."

Gnatiuk adds they'll alsol continue talks with the province in regards to the new Shields Health and Education Centre.
