AMA will be celebrating its 75th birthday of its school patrols this fall.

Regional Coordinator Shelley Biendarra is looking for stories from those who served back then.

"What was it like? Were there horses here or what that just a rumour? And the training, I didn't get the training these guys are getting that I'm doing for them," she says.

The aim is to gather bits and pieces and put together a timeline of what school patrolling has evolved into over the years. If you or someone you know held the post, drop in at the local AMA office or email Shelley.Biendarra@ama.ab.ca.
