Q99 is community driven and our philosophy is to keep the atmosphere upbeat, local, fun, and safe for the whole family. Q99 attracts a wide array of affluent adult consumers 25-54 years, which is the bulk of the population in our area.

Grande Prairie is 4 hours northwest of Edmonton and 1 hour east of the BC Border. We are the city of the Northwest, servicing a trade area in excess of a ¼ of a million people. Grande Prairie’s greatest strength is its diversified economy ranging from Natural Gas, Oil, Agriculture, Forestry, and Transportation.

The current population of Grande Prairie is 50,227. The smallest demographic is over 65 years. The largest demographic in the city is the 25-35 age group, with 60% of the population made up of 20-40 year olds.
