Tickets are set to go on sale this weekend for La Glace’s mini-Big Valley Jamboree concert.
Tickets are $60 and will be a lottery style draw to determine who will be first in line to buy tickets.
As per Big Valley Jamboree rules, ticket priority will go to small town residents with valid photo ID from La Glace, Wembley, Beaverlodge, Hyth, Bezenson, Vallhalla, Sexsmith and Teepee Creek.
La Glace Jamboree’s Tamara Lunde says those communities will be first served and then other regions will be able to purchase the remainder of the tickets.
Other rules include, only 2 tickets can be purchased per person, but the person can enter the back of the line to re-purchase tickets.
Sales will begin Saturday at 10a.m. at the La Glace Curling Rink.
However, ticket orders have been delayed and people will be able to pickup their purchased tickets on Saturday the 15th, 22nd and 29th.
The small hamlet of 181 people, will have their mini-Big Valley Jamboree on April 29th.
